"I ordered a couple of banners for..."
I ordered a couple of banners for our shop and, the finishing was nicer than I thought it would be. Like, the edges were clean, no weird fraying or anything, and the grommets actually felt sturdy instead of cheap. The print lined up well too, which I always kind of worry about with banners. I’ve gotten some from other places that looked a bit rushed, but these were neat and basically ready to hang right away. So yeah, happy with them.

"Discount was fine, but not a huge deal"
I ordered a banner after seeing a discount pop up, and I guess it helped a little? I just thought the deal would be better or that the code would be clearer when checking out. The site itself worked fine, but by the end, I didn’t really feel like I saved that much. Maybe I missed something?

I don’t remember the exact delivery estimate, but I do remember thinking the banner would take longer to show up. It actually arrived quickly, and everything with the order was smooth with no problems.

I tried ordering a banner, it was just a headache. The pages were loading super slow, checkout kept asking me the same things over and over, and I wasn’t even sure if my design actually saved right. After messing with it for too long, I just gave up. It really wasn’t easy at all.

"Good enough for short-term use"
I got this banner for a small outdoor event, when it first arrived, it looked good. The print was clear, colors were decent, and overall I was like, okay yeah, this should work fine.
The material didn’t feel super cheap or anything, but after a few windy days outside, the corners started looking a little worn. Not falling apart, just... a bit rougher than I expected that quickly.

For the price, I’d say it’s fine, especially if you only need it for a weekend or a short event. I probably wouldn’t leave it out for weeks at a time though, because I don’t think it’s really built for that.

I ordered from Banners.com again because my first order was totally fine, so I figured it’d be the same this time. But yeah, not really. The colors on this batch looked kind of dull, like not awful, but definitely not as bright as I expected, and then the shipping took longer than I thought it would. I did reach out to support and they replied, so that’s something, but it felt a little slow. I don’t know, maybe it was just an off order, but I’m not totally sure I’d reorder right now.

"Got sorted out, just took a little while"
I had a problem with my banner order and at first I was annoyed, not gonna lie, because I just wanted it handled and didn’t really know what was going on. Support did reply and they eventually fixed the issue, so that was good, but it wasn’t exactly quick. The final banner turned out okay in the end, so I’m not mad about it, just kind of wish the whole process had been smoother. Three stars feels about right.

"Easy to use and feels worth it"
I put together a banner without much hassle, which I appreciated. The design tool is straightforward and had the basics I needed without making things feel overly complicated. It took me a few minutes to find a couple of options, but once I got the hang of it, everything went smoothly. i like tools that respect your time and don’t make a simple task harder than it needs to be. I’d use it again.

"Wish I’d Checked the Grommet Placement First"
The banner itself looked fine, so I don’t really have complaints about the print. I just wish I’d paid closer attention to the grommet placement before trying to hang it. A couple of them were way too close to the edge, and one side didn’t line up where I needed it to. I ended up using extra zip ties to make it work, but it was a hassle. Not terrible overall, but I do regret assuming the holes would be placed better.

My banner turned out fine and I was happy with the final product, but the communication during the order process felt a little slow. I ended up having to reach out once just to get an update on where things stood. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I think the order updates could be more clear and timely.

"Size didn’t match what was promised"
I ordered a 3x6 banner expecting it to actually be 3x6, but the one that showed up was a little smaller than advertised. It wasn’t wildly off, but it was enough to mess up the frame I already had set up, which was frustrating.
The print itself looked decent and shipping wasn’t a problem, but if the listing says a specific size, I kind of expect that to be what I get. I ended up having to use extra clips to make it work, so it felt like one of those “close enough” situations when it really shouldn’t have been.

The template selection was okay, but I expected more modern-looking options. I did end up finding one that worked for what I needed, so it wasn’t a total miss. Still, it felt like there were these little policy loopholes where some of the better designs were limited or pushed into certain categories, which was kind of annoying

The order showed up safe and the packaging was done well. No dents, bent corners, or damage that I could see. To be fair, I was a little worried about how it might arrive, but they did a good job protecting it
